It is my idea that if you’ve been a fan for less than 3 months you should only be allowed to get like crappy seats for a concert,and if you stick with the band for longer you will be elligible for an upgrade…Also if you’ve been a fan for longer you get to try to get tickets first,then once your done the new fans can try.
